Tapes (BOPP & Specialty)
Shunde Tape offers three distinct types of packaging tapes: BOPP tapes, which perform well in extreme temperatures and bond securely to various surfaces—even under UV exposure and in humid conditions; and high-performance single-sided packaging tapes, specifically filament tapes. Shunde Tape also offers HDPE tapes, constructed from HDPE woven fabric, which provide high tear resistance and waterproofing capabilities.
1. BOPP Tapes
* Delivers high tack and shear resistance between bonded surfaces/substrates, providing tamper-evident packaging security.
* Excellent impact strength makes it suitable for use with both manual dispensers and automatic sealing equipment.
* Features high shear strength and low elongation; resistant to abrasion, moisture, temperature fluctuations, and various chemicals, making it ideal for customization options such as color selection, printing, and lamination.
2. Filament Tapes
* Superior strength makes it the ideal choice for heavy-duty packaging applications.
* Bi-directional tear resistance.
* Used for metal coil packaging, courier bag sealing, and fabric reinforcement prior to sewing.
3. HDPE Tapes
* Available in both self-wound and release-liner versions.
* High shear strength and high elongation.
* Suitable for a wide range of applications, including VCI anti-rust fabrics, HDPE bags, and flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs).
